St Mark's Hospital in Harrow is one of the world's only specialist hospitals for colorectal diseases. Every year, patients with extremely severe complaints are referred to St. Mark's where they receive the benefit of years of pioneering research and the most effective treatment currently available. No other hospital can claim to have done so much to spearhead the fight against diseases of the bowel such as Colitis, Crohn's and Bowel Cancer.

St. Mark's Hospital Foundation was set up to raise funds to pay for the research and education the NHS can't. With the right research we believe that all categories of bowel illnesses could be eliminated in the future.

Since the Mosaic Appeal launch in April 2007, it has been a fantastic fundraiser. Our generous supporters have helped us raise nearly £130,000. However, after three years, we want to wrap up the Campaign by March 2011. So help us complete the Mosaic by buying as many tiles as you like. To help you do this, we've significantly reduced the price. You can now buy a tile for £15; 2 tiles for £20; 8 tiles for £50; 20 tiles for £100; 80 tiles for £250 and 250 tiles for £500.

If you are looking for a unique present for your loved one or your colleague at work, then why not buy one or more tiles. Remember, the more tiles you buy, the cheaper each tile!
